You will receive your designs by IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD IN MOST CASES or zip file attachments sent to your email address for some of our older collections that is used during checkout if you purchase "email designs." If you purchase CD, they will be sent via First Class Mail in the United States. WE DO NOT SHIP CD'S OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

How long should I expect to wait before receiving my purchase?

For immediate downloads a popup window will be provided after purchase. For email design transmissions most designs go out within 8 to 12 hours. All email purchases should be in your box within 24 hours. If you have not received your designs within 24 hours contact us. For CD's please allow 7 to 10 business days within the United States. Outside of the United States will to 10 to 15 business days depending on country.

Do I need any special software to open or view the files ?

Windows XP has what you need. You will need Winzip to unzip the zip files if you receive an email purchase. You will then need any picture viewer program like "Windows Fax Viewer" for the thread charts, and sew orders. These are standard features of Windows XP. If you have an older version of Windows you may need to download Winzip. If you are receiving a CD by mail, you will need Acrobat Reader for the PDF files. This is a free program that can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

What formats do you offer?

We numerous formats ART, PES, JEF, HUS, DST, VIP, EXP, SEW (4"x4" hoop only), SHV, PEC. Other formats can be arranged if needed contact us first.

What comes on the CD when purchasing via CD?

On the CD, all format are available. Also instructions are available both in PDF for Acrobat Reader, and an image format for Windows Fax Viewer.

What payments do you accept ?

We offer both Paypal and 2CO Credit Card checkout. On each ad page Paypal is on top, and standard 2CO credit card checkout is on bottom. We personally do not keep your credit card information on file. Your information is safe with Paypal and 2CO, which are both large online payment processing companies.

All the embroidery designs, images, thread charts, and sew orders are copyright protected under the Copyright Protection Act of the United States, Title 17, United States code. You may not sell, copy, lend, lease, rent, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or transmit electronically these designs and images associated with in any way. You may not use the designs to mass produce a product line for commercial distribution. Commercial distribution is defined as selling articles made with these designs at more than five locations at the same time. You may use these designs for individual or small business resell of crafts at craft malls, shows, booths, quilt shops or your place of business. You may not remove or alter copyright notices.

What is your return or refund policy?

Due to the electronic nature of the product and it's ability to be reproduced, refunds are not offered. If you receive a damaged file, I will gladly exchange it for a new one or in another format. We offer technical support for all purchases made from our website.
