Shipping Information

We ship our designs on CD by 1st class mail or by email. We have two checkouts at the end of each design page shipping is included in the cost of the designs sent on CD by mail, and there is no shipping for emailed designs. Designs emailed within 24 hours of payment received!

Email designs include the chart of thread colors, color images for reference, and step by step guides for each design in JPG format. The designs will be sent to you in your format by zipped attachments with in 24 hours please specify your format on checkout. If format is not specified the PES will be sent.
